  The Baltimore County Commission on Arts and Sciences is inviting people to “take a leap” this month in a first-ever dance festival that features performances, and related events in Towson, Dundalk, Owings Mills and elsewhere.  It's called the Baltimore County Dance Celebration.

"Black Liquor" Loophole Consumes Almost Half of Clean Energy Subsidies
