Humanities Connection - Dog & Pony DC: An Exercise in Theatrical Democracy

dog & pony dc is an ensemble of artists now in residence at the Roundhouse Theatre in Silver Spring who devise innovative performances that incorporate new ways for audiences to experience theatre.  Approaching storytelling as an exercise in democracy, a MHC grant supported a series of panel discussions give audience members a form to explore the power of objects in shaping community identity and collective memory.
