The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported last spring that antibiotics are over-used and erratically prescribed across hospitals in the U-S. We discuss the threat to the drugs’ effectiveness .. and the risk of super-bugs that antibiotics can’t stop .. with Dr. Sara Cosgrove from Johns Hopkins Hospital. Then – Baltimore writer Jen Michalski’s book of short stories, “From Here”, follows young people as they try to find their way in the world.
