Blocking Health Care for the Poor

Since the Supreme Court found that states could reject federal funding for Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act, 19 states have flatly rejected health care for millions of low-income Americans. The expansion is still under debate in five more states. President Obama says the reason for the rejection and the reluctance is political spite. We’ll be joined byBrad Herring, Obamacare expert from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and we'll hear from reporters in Virginia, Louisiana and Texas, states either rejecting or debating Medicaid expansion.
