Dating Violence

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly three in 10 women and one in 10 men have experienced rape, physical violence or stalking by a partner.

For young  adults and teens, date violence profoundly effects how they develop emotionally. Our guests: Sharon Love of Cockeysville, mother of Yeardley Love, the University of Virginia lacrosse player who was murdered in 2010 by her ex-boyfriend. Sharon Love talks about that tragedy and date violence and about her advocacy organization, One Love Foundation.
