Yale University law professor Amy Chua attained worldwide notoriety with the publication of her controversial parenting memoir, "Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother," which held that strict parenting produces the most successful children. In a new book, co-written with her husband Jed Rubenfeld, Chua explains why certain cultural groups are more apt to succeed in life than others.
