Assorted Pickles and Olives from Pickle Man at the Farmer’s market

Hummus from Wild Pea at Farmers Market- choose three and bake Pita Chips*

Roasted Veggies from the Farmers’ Market

Asparagus—Hill Forest Farm

Assorted Carrots – White, Orange, Purple

Goat Cheese from Caprikorn Farms

Deviled Eggs – South Mountain Creamery

Bacon and Horseradish

Curry and Chutney

Dill and Smoked Salmon

Grilled Kielbasa Sliced and Served with Mustard

Grilled Lamb Sausage Served with Mustard and Goat Cheese Spread

Pork Loin Roasted from Pahl’s Farm Served with Peach Butter from Reid’s Farm

Strawberries from Bartenfield Farm (Cover with Balsamic Vinegar) or serve with Fresh Whipped Cream from South Mountain Creamery

White Balsamic Vinegar from Dimitri’s Olive Oil

Recipes 

Pita Chips
Ingredients 

Package of Pitas

½ Cup of Olive Oil

1 teasp. Garlic Powder

1 teasp. Dried Oregano
 
1 teasp. Dried Basil
 
Half a stick of melted butter
 
Salt and Pepper

Procedure
Cut Pitas in to small triangles.

Combine all of the ingredients and   Brush the pitas
Bake until golden in a 350 oven for 5 to 8 minutes

Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1 Bunch Asparagus

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 ½ Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

1 Clove Garlic Minced

1 Teasp. Sea Salt

½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Good Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice and Lemon Peel

Procedure
Mix all ingredients except the parmesan cheese and the lemonjuice and peel.  Toss asparagus in the mixture and place in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice and peel

Deviled Eggs
 

Ingredients 

Hard Boiled Eggs--Slice in half and separate the yolks

For Horseradish and Bacon

Mash yolks with 1 tablespoon of horseradish, 1 heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise salt and pepper top with a piece of crispy bacon when stuff in egg

For Dill

Mash yolks with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, and  1 tablespoon of dill and scallion and top with sliver of smoked salmon and fresh dill when stuffed in egg

For Curry

Mash yolks with 1 tablespoon of curry powder and 1 tablespoon of store bought chutney and top with a another dollop
