Concerns about police training and the use of deadly force have grown louder following the high-profile deaths of several African-American men and boys during confrontations with police. Joining Midday to shed light on how police are trained in the use of force are two former Baltimore City police commissioners -- Leonard Hamm, who served from 2004 to 2007, and Frederick Bealefeld, who served from 2007 to 2012.  

The death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, MI has raised questions about the training of police.
