Concerns about police training and the use of deadly force have grown louder following the high-profile deaths of several African-American men and boys during confrontations with police. Joining Midday to shed light on how police are trained in the use of force are two former Baltimore City police commissioners -- Leonard Hamm, who served from 2004 to 2007, and Frederick Bealefeld, who served from 2007 to 2012.
