White said, “Humor can be dissected, as a frog can, but the thing dies in the process, and the innards are discouraging to any but the pure scientific mind.” Nevertheless, journalist Joel Warner, along with University of Colorado psychologist Peter McGraw, conducted a series of world-wide experiments in an attempt to crack “The Humor Code.”
