Palestinian Christians Leaving the West Bank

Israeli forces retreat to the outskirts of Bethlehem to permit Christmas observations, but few Christian Palestinians are celebrating this year. Amid dim prospects and deep frustration over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, emigrations from the West Bank have picked up. NPR's Linda Gradstein reports.
