A screening of the restored, digitized version of Farida Benlyazid’s 1988 film "A Door to the Sky," followed by a Q&A session with the filmmaker. Her biographer will also be in attendance.

Director, producer, and scriptwriter Farida Benlyazid has been a pioneer in Moroccan cinema and celebrated internationally. A Door to the Sky is one of her most popular films.
