The 10th annual Holiday Plane & Train Garden at the Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum’s holiday location of 2323 Eastern Blvd, is a labor of love by the Museum's train crew who spent endless hours researching, designing and crafting the sites into a one-of-a-kind engaging display. The theme for this 2024 season is “A Capital Christmas” featuring sites of DC along with Maryland sites. Minions and famous people of Maryland are hidden within the display for a character hunt, making for a fun family search experience. When once around the display does not give the time to see everything, including the running of the trains, visitors can go around again and again. And as admission is free, folks are welcome to return another day to catch details missed with the first visit. A photo ID is needed by adults for entry into the building. Plan a visit to this magical display, open Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends, 11am to 4pm and December 26, 30 and 31. Closed Christmas and New Year’s Day.
