Consistently rated the best local scavenger hunt since 2016!
Puzzling Adventures are a cross between a scavenger hunt, an adventure race, and an informative self-guided walking tour. Each adventure consists of a series of locations that you are guided to where you are required to answer a question or solve a puzzle to receive your next instruction. Compete as a group, individually or create multiple teams and race each other. Almost all of our adventures are designed to be wheelchair and stroller friendly and all are carefully crafted to be entertaining and informative with something to appeal to all ages. CROSSINGS, a film by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Deann Borshay Liem, captures the groundbreaking mission of Women Cross DMZ (WCDMZ), a group of international women peacemakers who sets out on a historic journey across the Demilitarized Zone from North to South Korea, calling for an end to the 74-year war that has divided the Korean Peninsula. Witness how thirty women activists dare to tread forbidden territory to draw global attention to the unresolved war and demand a seat at the table in bringing about peace. Chat about the film and the ongoing quest to end the Korean War as the first step toward reaching peace on the Korean Peninsula, with Aiyoung Choi, Chair of the Board of WCDMZ, as well as TU Professors Sel Hwahng (Assistant Professor of Women, Gender, Health, and Sexuality) and Jeong Joo Ahn (Assistant Professor, Political Science). After the screening, continue the conversation informally during a reception at Mina Cheon's Dreaming Unification Protest Peace exhibition in the Asian Arts Gallery. Co-sponsored by the TU Program in Women's & Gender Studies.

What’s It Like?
Do you wish you could have more of the kinds of conversations you have late at night where for some reason, you feel safe talking about the things you actually care about?
Bring your friends (or come by yourself) and spend your Thursday night at an event where you know everyone else is there for the same reason.
We'll be offering "big talk" conversational prompts on them to get you started, and we'll have lots of structure to make sure that you actually talk to people and that it's not awkward. Not feeling like answering a particular question? No worries, we'll have plenty to choose from, like, "When are you the happiest?" and, "If you were going to become close friends with me, what would I need to know about you?" We'll give you ground rules to make sure you feel comfortable and safe sharing as much of yourself as possible while still feeling in complete control of how much you divulge.
There will be food and drinks for sale!
Check-in for this event will begin around 6:45 pm. Please do your best to arrive before 7:00 pm so we can begin as close to on time as possible.
Skip the Small Talk is dedicated to providing an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone. Check out our safety policy here: tinyurl.com/ststSafety

Medium Debbie Wojciechowski Returns to Church Hill Theatre
For one night only, on April 11th, acclaimed medium Debbie Wojciechowski will appear at Church Hill Theatre to help connect patrons with their loved ones who have passed. As an Evidential Medium with extensive training in the U.S. and England, she is an expert in both near-death experiences and grief counseling.
Debbie does not perform on a stage, but works more intimately, walking through the theatre connecting with members of her audience whose loved ones have moved beyond their physical lives. As she channels each message, she hopes to bring comfort and awareness to people that there is a life after this one: our loved ones are always with us. Her clients have described her as empathetic and down-to-earth, with a real gift for sensitive readings.
Ms. Wojciechowski studied extensively with local and international mediums and spiritual mentors. She trained with British Mediums and learned the traditions of the Spiritualist Churches of Great Britain. Debbie studied with internationally known and respected professions in the field and obtained formal certification as both a Medium and a Master Teacher. Her education also includes a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University.
In addition to being an Evidential Medium, Ms. Wojciechowski worked over 25 years with law enforcement. As such, she worked in the areas of mental health, grief counseling, and crisis intervention. She also volunteered with The Hospice of Baltimore. She is aware of the sensitive nature of some readings, and delivers messages in a respectful manner.
Small family or friend groups find Medium Debbie particularly insightful. She has touched many audience members in her previous appearances at Church Hill Theatre. Tickets to her April 11th presentation and readings may be purchased at www.churchhilltheatre.org for $50. Or tickets may be reserved by calling the Church Hill Theatre office weekdays between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm at (410) 556-6003.
For more information about Debbie Wojciechowski and her work, please visit mediumdebbie.com or follow her on social media at facebook.com/mediumdebbie and Instagram at @mediumdebbie.
