On Saturday, April 19th, Manor Hill is hosting the inaugural Beer & Oyster Fest. It begins at noon and will feature:
The release of Longline Chesapeake Oyster Stout in cans and on draught. Brewed in collaboration with Upweller Beer Company and using local oysters, this beer strikes the perfect balance of roasty and chocolaty goodness, with a subtle briny undertone. Longline is an homage to the oyster farming technique of the same name.
Fresh Local Oysters (shucked to order) from Sapidus Farms and Mother Shuckers! While enjoying their fresh oysters, learn about their organizations and how vital these bivalves are to the health of the Bay.
Oyster-Themed Food Specials from the Pizza Trolley
Dessert from Mr Soft Ice Cream Truck
Live Music from Mandy B. in the Courtyard
Most of the activities will take place from 12-4pm, but the Farm will be open until 7pm. No tickets needed, just come and enjoy the day!
In addition to Longline Oyster Stout, the Farm & Taproom will have 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go. All seating on the Farm is first come, first served. We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out for a fun day on the farm.
