A two-hour delay is in effect for schools in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Also opening two hours late are schools in: Carroll County, Frederick County, Howard County, and Prince George's County.
And schools are CLOSED in Anne Arundel County, Caroline County, Cecil County, Harford County, Kent County, Queen Anne's County. and Talbot County.
