Winter isn't over yet. With snow coming down around Central Maryland, some schools are changing their schedules: Baltimore County’s Hereford zone schools are on a two hour delay. Carroll County schools are opening two hours late. Frederick County schools are closed today.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Washington County and areas farther west. A Winter Weather Advisory in effect for the rest of Central Maryland. (Both in effect until 2pm.)

Snow is in the forecast this morning, follow by rain and snow this afternoon. 
 

Baltimore City could get around an inch of total accumulation; more is possible to the north and west, with up to six inches in northern Frederick and Washington Counties.
