Just a few months after announcing plans for a tiki bar in Sparrows Point, the team behind Lee's Pint & Shell in Canton has another bar and restaurant in the works.
The unnamed project will take over the former Perryville Yacht Club property, a 4.5-acre waterfront site with 80 boat slips.
Owners David Carey and Charles Harry Craven Jr. plan to tear down the yacht club building and construct a 4,000-square-foot seafood restaurant on the site.
This will be the fourth establishment in the growing Lee's portfolio. Lee's Pint & Shell, owned by Carey, opened in the former Saute Restaurant & Bar space at 2844 Hudson St. in 2016.
