The Baltimore Orioles are expanding in the Warehouse at Camden Yards as the team looks to bolster its ticket sales and corporate sponsorship efforts.
The Orioles will occupy an additional 6,000 square feet on the first floor of the southside of the 1,116-foot-long brick warehouse under a three-year lease approved by the Maryland Stadium Authority board this week. The Orioles plan to establish a new sales center in the space that will focus on ticket sales, premium sales and corporate partnership efforts. The space will also house the Orioles' expanded business analytics and data group. John Vidalin, the team's new chief operating officer for business operations, said the move is consistent with the organization’s vision to grow its brand and better serve customers.
