A landmark downtown building that is the longtime home to Uncle Lee's Harbor Restaurant is on the market.
The all-brick, 114-year-old former Farmers and Merchants National Bank property is located at the highly visible intersection of South and Lombard streets in the central business district and a block from the Inner Harbor. The building is owned by the family that has operated Uncle Lee's in the space for the last 35 years. The restaurant will remain open until the property is sold, said the broker who is listing the building.
