Beth Sandbower Harbinson is a Baltimore native who has worked for the last 15 years in non-profit management, fundraising and development. Her professional experience working in higher education and Independent Schools and her personal experience raising her own children who attend both public and private schools has reinforced her belief in the importance of the opportunity to select educational opportunities that work best for each child.

Ms. Harbinson holds a B.A. from Dickinson College. She is an active volunteer in her daughter’s school and is a graduate of Leadership Howard County. Beth is currently the Executive Director at the Children's Scholarship Fund Baltimore.
