Governor Hogan gives an update on the state’s efforts to track COVID variants and warns of scammers taking advantage of those desperate to get a shot. Maryland will launch an online portal for mass vaccination sites. Baltimore City Council hears bills aimed at modernizing an outdated Comptroller’s office and a creating an agency dedicated to ending homelessness. And lawmakers say it's time to rid the state song of racist vestiges from the past.
