WEB EXTRA: Tom continues the conversation with Talear Marrow and Ray Kelly about the No Boundaries Coalition Report "Over Policed Yet Underserved"
The No Boundaries Coalition is a neighborhood advocacy organization, founded in 2010. It released a report on March 8th called Over Policed Yet Underserved, which documents multiple recent instances of police misconduct Neighborhood towards citizens of Sandtown-Winchester, in West Baltimore.
Ray Kelly conducted the citizen interviews. Talear Marrow is a Sandtown resident whose brother was killed in a police-involved shooting 10 years ago.
They join Tom to talk about the No Boundaries report, and how to reverse decades of mistrust between citizens of color and Baltimore's police force.
