Baltimore’s new health commissioner, Dr. Letitia Dzirasa, has been on the job for two months. She oversees an annual budget of $150 million dollars and initiatives aimed at improving the health of residents young and old. We talk about Dr. Dzirasa’s priorities: from food access to halting the opioid-overdose epidemic.
