Though fireworks in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor are cancelled for this year, there will still be a celebration of light!

Plus a conversation with pyrotechnic expert John Conkling, who describes how fireworks work and why we love them.

Sheilah Kast is the host of On The Record, Monday-Friday, 9:30-10:00 am.
