Returning citizens face lots of challenges following incarceration. Healthcare Access Maryland is hoping to eliminate a big one. Their new program aims to ensure people get the continued behavioral and physical care they need. We hear from Traci Kodeck, CEO of HealthCare Access Maryland, to learn how it works.
