Baltimore County Councilman Pat Young

Members of the Baltimore County Council voted to amend the plastic bag ban even though the County Executive promised to veto any changes.

The Baltimore County Council decided Tuesday evening against making any changes to the upcoming ban on plastic bags, which goes into effect November 1st.

Tax rate will remain the same next year.
