Pedro Argote was accused of shooting Circuit Court Judge Andrew Wilkinson to death just hours after the judge ruled against him in a divorce hearing.

County officials participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the expanded and fully accessible jury assembly room, at Baltimore County’s Circuit Court in Towson.

Circuit Court Judge Andrew Wilkinson was shot in the driveway of his Hagerstown home.
