Attorney General Brian Frosh Makes His Case

Maryland’s legislature has given Attorney General Brian Frosh authority to sue the federal government without first seeking the approval of the governor or General Assembly. We sit down with Frosh to discuss his recommendation for new statewide guidelines for testing and storing rape kits, as well as his thoughts on President Trump’s executive order on immigration and regulation of drug prices.
