De-Mystifying Food

Blogger Dru Peters, who helps run her family's Sunnyside Farm in Dover, Pa., is urging consumers to use technology to locate where their local fruits and vegetables comes from. She calls the practice "ground-truthing," and we'll hear how it's done. We'll also examine what food labels really mean with Patty Lovera, assistant director for the DC-based policy group, Food & Water Watch. Also, Jo Robinson, author of the national best-seller "Eating on the Wild Side," talks about what it takes to get the most nutrients out of your produce.

When buying produce, blogger Dru Peters advises to find out where it comes from by "ground-truthing."
