PART 2 Topics discussed include the following: heroin overdoses, road and bridge repair, the purple line, over testing in schools and Hogan's relationship with House of Delegates Speaker Mike Busch

A week from today will mark Governor Larry Hogan's 100th day in office.  Yesterday, Hogan took a moment to reflect on his time in office and on the state of Maryland politics.

Sheilah was invited to moderate the discussion with the Governor, lieutenant Governor and two members of the cabinet hosted by The Maryland-Deleware-DC Press Association. They spoke together in Annapolis in front of a live audience of journalists and advocates. It was a wide-ranging conversation on everything from the state budget, the death of Freddie Gray, the future of the Purple Line, and the Governor's strained relationship with Michael Busch.
