A good fruity white with nice acid, from the Gov Cup winner

Basignani Lorenzino '13 ***

Prestigious cab blend, made only 3-4 times a decade; age-worthy

Elk Run Liberty Tavern Chard '15 **

Continues their tradition of making white Burgundy inspired wines

Old Westminster Anthem red blend ***

Mostly cab franc, stupendous effort, absolutely delicious

Port of Leonardtown Chambourcin Reserve '14  **1/2

Another fine chambourcin from a very dependable winery

Sugarloaf Mountain Cab Franc '15 **1/2

Cab franc at its best, a very flavorful big red from one of our best wineries

Black Ankle Leaf-Stone Syrah NV **1/2

(Not common in Maryland, this syrah is impeccably balanced and flavorful)

Linganore Cab Franc **

(A fine effort from a veteran winery; juicy, nuanced, classy)
