Dr. Plaster also holds a law degree from the Widener University Law School in Delaware.  He owns a medical publishing company which he started 30 years ago. He’s a former naval reservist who’s been deployed to Iraq twice. Originally from Missouri, Dr. Plaster and his wife, Rebecca, have lived in Annapolis for 20 years. They have three children and seven grandchildren. Congressman John Sarbanes and Dr. Mark Plaster join Tom in-studio.
