In the 1850s, men and mules teamed up to pull boats of coal along the C&O canal. From the mountains of Cumberland, Maryland to the tidal waters of Washington D.C, laborers took the 185-mile journey to deliver resources to the bay. Today, adventurers make this same journey - on foot, on bike, or by kayak. In this hour, we trek the C&O Canal with author and historian Mike High. And, we get an update on the Orioles’ season with Stan The Fan Charles of PressBoxOnline and take a listen to some classic baseball songs with Geoff Himes, music critic for the Washington Post.
